This item was made ,lovingly ,from Douglas Fir with a section of Spalted Oak framed on top.
It is a large occasional piece of storage furniture ..
I have nick named it “Giza” because when making there were three areas in the top,spalted oak section, which were filled with gold.These areas on the top of the oak,have the look of pyramids.The oak is framed with Douglas fir,and the full bottom sections are Douglas Fir. The full item comes in one piece and should last forever.
The full dimensions of this are 825mm tall, 450mm deep and 585mm wide.
